FlipperHelper Alternatives

Last updated: 6 May 2026

Quick decision tree

  • Need Android or web? → Flippd (multi-platform tracker)
  • Need cross-listing across eBay / Vinted / Poshmark / Facebook? → Vendoo or List Perfectly (different category — see tracker vs cross-lister)
  • Want zero cost and don’t mind manual setup? → Google Sheets with the free FlipperHelper template
  • Need built-in barcode scanning and eBay sold-price lookup? → Flippd
  • Have fewer than 30 active items? → Paper notebook (genuinely fine at that scale)
  • Use iPhone and source at car boots / charity shops with no signal? → FlipperHelper is built for that case

Flippd

Best for: resellers who need multi-platform support (iOS / Android / web) or built-in price research.

  • Inventory and profit tracker, similar core idea to FlipperHelper
  • Built-in barcode scanning + image-based eBay sold-price lookup
  • QR label printing for inventory organisation
  • Free tier: 20 items lifetime (not monthly)
  • Paid: $9.99/month flat, unlimited items

Trade-off vs FlipperHelper: Flippd is paid above 20 items; FlipperHelper is free. Flippd has price research; FlipperHelper has Hauls (per-trip profit grouping). Full breakdown in the three-app comparison.

Vendoo (different category)

Best for: resellers who list on 3+ platforms and spend hours copying listings.

  • Create a listing once, push to eBay, Vinted, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
  • Auto-delists from other platforms when item sells
  • Free tier: 3 new listings per month
  • Paid plans: $8.99/month (25 listings) to $69.99/month (unlimited)

Important: Vendoo is not a profit tracker. It doesn’t track expenses, mileage, entry fees, or real profit. It solves “how do I list faster?”, not “am I making money?”. Many resellers use one of each.

Google Sheets (free, manual)

Best for: resellers who want zero cost, full control of the data format, and don’t mind manual entry.

  • Free, accessible from any device with a browser
  • Customisable column layout, formulas, charts
  • Easy to back up, export, and share with an accountant
  • Can use the free FlipperHelper template as a starting point

Trade-off vs FlipperHelper: no offline-first mobile entry at the car boot, no photos attached to rows, no automatic profit calculations after fees, and you have to remember to update three places (purchases / listings / sales) when one item moves through the pipeline.

Pen and paper

Best for: resellers with fewer than ~30 active items, or anyone testing whether reselling is worth pursuing before committing to a system.

If you only have 5–30 items at any one time, a paper notebook works fine. Where it falls apart: end-of-year tax preparation, multi-platform listing tracking, and remembering which items came from which sourcing trip.

Other options worth knowing about

  • Notion or Airtable — flexible databases, good for multi-stage pipelines, but no native mobile-first reselling workflow.
  • List Perfectly — established cross-lister, similar problem space to Vendoo.
  • Resellr / ResellTrackr / Profit Prophet — smaller-niche profit trackers; feature sets vary.
